A wonderland of beautiful crystals and objets, with a charming and knowledgeable lady behind the counter. Cheap enough that the kids could choose something each and we all left delighted. I will definitely come back here to get gifts and the children also want to come back to increase their new crystal collections. An unexpected delight on old Penicuik High Street.

I love visiting crystal shops and I've been planning a visit for some time and I only regret taking so long to get here. Staff were lovely and helpful and I was free to wander round. Stock is very good clearly labelled and priced plus other items as well. Price quality is excellent and the card with crystal name and info letting you take photo and keep the card is excellent. Never happened in any other crystal shop an example of excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing!! I go in whenever I can with my family, lovely crystals and they are all reasonably priced, theres also a variety of other stuff like dream catchers which are my favourites, you are also told what the crystals are for and are given a card with more information. 10/10

It's always an absolute joy to visit this shop - each time I go there's so much more to discover - like a new visit each time! The staff are lovely- really lovely and enthusiastic. So passionate about what they do. They have a great variety of goodies - and if there's anything you want that they don't have they'll do what they can to help. Lastly - they are without a doubt the most reasonably priced crystal shop I've ever been to. Highly recommended. If I could give them more stars I would!

I went to get my tongue pierced there around 2 weeks ago and it’s healed beautifully. My piercer was super friendly and made me feel comfortable, which was great considering i was scared to get it done. I totally recommend going there.

Honestly the friendliest service you could imagine, I’m so proud of how far this little shop has come! Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind, I go so often and they always have sigh high quality crystals.

What an incredible experience me and my Wife had in the Crystal Cave today on my first ever visit. I'm not a very social person due to my mental health but I honestly could of stayed all day and chatted crystals with Susie, a very friendly, warm, welcoming and more importantly to me, a safe person to be around. The crystals and other items instore are amazing and could of easily spent a fortune. I will be back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Crystal Cave, I have a new favourite shop ❤
